Sr. Director of Marketing & Communications at Red Spark, a diversified advertising technology organization. Founder of Rad Girls. Former media exec at Philly.com. Writer and singer of viral hits "Crush on Obama," "Box in a Box," and more.
I graduated from Temple University in 2008 with a B.A., in Journalism and launched news startup Phrequency.com, a Philadelphia-based online lifestyle publication with a focus on music, art, and fashion. In addition, I took on a product management and development role at Philadelphia Media Network, where my portfolio included The Onion.
In 2012, I became Executive Entertainment Lifestyle Producer of Philly.com, the region's largest digital news and entertainment portal.
I left Philly.com to launch PhillyVoice.com, a digital media publisher in the Philadelphia and South Jersey region.
After spending nearly a decade in the newsroom, I decided to leave for an opportunity to run marketing at Red Spark, a fast-growing and innovative ad tech company.
In my spare time, I interview successful women entrepreneurs for my website Rad-Girls.com, a storytelling platform for inspiring professional women. I produce (now in it's fourth year) The Rad Awards, an awards ceremony and party honoring local women leaders who inspire in the fields of technology, media, culture, science, and business.
I've been included in Philly Magazine’s ‘76 People to Watch’, was #66 on Blender’s Hot List, and MSN named the “Obama Girl” as one of 11 Most Influential Women in the world.
